FREE Standard Shipping
Every vibeTEXT order ships with free standard shippingwithin the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with standard delivery arriving in approximately 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Express Shipping
Need it sooner? Express shipping is available for an additional charge and can be selected at checkout. Express orders are prioritized for faster processing and expedited delivery. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping details
- Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
- You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
- Delivery estimates begin once the order leaves our facility.
- We currently ship within the United States.
30-Day Return Policy
We stand behind vibeTEXT. If it isn't the right fit for your family, you may return your device within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Includes the original packaging.
- Includes all accessories and items that came with the device.
- Shows no damage and no signs of wear or use.
Devices that are damaged, missing original packaging or accessories, or that show signs of wear or use may not be eligible for a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. To start a return, please contact our team at info@vibetext.com.
